The property

Townhouse with private pool is on 3 levels, with the kitchen and living room on the lower floor with direct access to the lovely private terrace with views of the Mediterranean, where you will find both shade and sun as well as the private pool. Fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room, which offers a cosy sofa area with TV, and access to the terrace where you will spend most of your time during your holiday. The terrace is equipped with a dining table under an awning, lounge chairs and sun loungers by the pool. 2 lovely bedrooms, one with a terrace and views of the Mediterranean, (there is a 3rd bedroom with a sofa bed that can be used for children) 2 bathrooms + toilet. The house is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, fibre internet for TV streaming and possibly remote working.

The property is very affordable and will provide a great setting for a lovely beach and family holiday. We recommend children from 7-8 years of age due to the stairs.

NOTE... The house has stairs and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility

Malaga holiday home rental

With Malaga holiday home rental, you can book a holiday home on the desired dates and days that suit you best, i.e. if your arrival works best on a Tuesday and departure on a Monday, this can be booked. Many times, flights are cheaper on less conventional travel days such as Tuesdays and not on Saturdays, which are the expensive days. This can mean you can get a couple of extra days' holiday for the same price as if you travel from Saturday to Saturday.

Malaga holiday home rental offers personal check-in and check-out at our properties. We meet you at the rented property or at a named nearby location and accompany you to the property, where we will go through the property with you and answer any questions you may have.
Malaga holiday home rental can also offer to do the shopping for you so the fridge is stocked with food and drinks. Many of our customers make use of this service, especially for late arrivals.
If you have a baby or small children and a high chair and cot are needed, these can also be rented through Malaga holiday home rental. Extra cleaning and linen changes can also be arranged.

The packages can be ordered in the “guest portal” when you make a booking.
