Lovely end terraced house in Benalmadena Pueblo.. The house is located in a small urbanisation with only 22 houses in Benalmadena Pueblo and with a short walk you are in the centre of town, which offers numerous cafes and restaurants as well as shopping and various shops. The Pueblo is a traditional whitewashed Spanish village with narrow streets and alleys decorated with colourful pots and plants, cosy squares with orange trees and restaurants. Here your blood pressure drops and the holiday really begins 🙂

The property

Lovely end terraced house Benalmadena Pueblo was fully renovated in 2021 and is on 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find a bright open, fully equipped kitchen connected to the lovely combined living and dining room. From the living room, double doors lead out to the large sunny terrace where you can find shade both under a canopy and a pergola, plenty of terrace furniture and a barbecue. From the terrace there is direct access to the complex's shared pool, which is open all year round. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, guest toilet.. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, plus 2 terraces with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea. One terrace has a jacuzzi. On the lower floor there is a large room (30 m2) with 2 double beds and a large bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer
