The property is located in the Torreblanca/Carvajal area of Fuengirola, only 300 metres from the beach and shops. The holiday home includes a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely combined living/dining room with sofa area and dining table, and from the living room there is access to a good-sized terrace with terrace furniture and the private plunge pool, plus fantastic views over the Mediterranean. 3 lovely, bright bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. On the top floor there is also a terrace with a lounge set and gas barbecue, and magnificent views along the coast.
The property has fibre internet and hot/cold air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. There is 1 private parking space included with the property

We have one more townhouse for holiday rental in the same complex, which can be an advantage if you are a large family or friends travelling together 🙂

Fuengirola embraces the Mediterranean and boasts eight kilometres of Costa Del Sol's finest sandy beaches, which have been awarded the coveted Blue Flag status. On the Paseo Maritimo you will find everything from shops, restaurants, bars and markets to water skiing and windsurfing. Fuengirola also offers a water park, zoo, clubs and discos.

Only 1.5 hours' drive from the property lies southern Spain's largest ski area, “Sierra Nevada”, as well as Gibraltar, which is steeped in history and connects the coast.
