About 5 minutes' walk from the property there is a small shopping centre with breakfast restaurants and bars, otherwise about 10 minutes' walk to the centre of lovely La Cala by and the child-friendly beach.

Fully equipped bright kitchen with everything needed to make a good dinner. Lovely large and bright combined living and dining room with dining space for 8 people, as well as a lovely sofa area with TV; from the living room there are 2 terrace doors leading out to the large terrace. The terrace is well equipped with dining area, lounge set, sun loungers and Weber gas barbecue; from the terrace there are views of the pool and pool area as well as sea views of the Mediterranean. 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and new comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower with easy access. Hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Fibre internet for streaming TV or remote working. Private parking space. Super nice and sunny pool area with communal pool.
