This holiday home is located just 30m from the beach and a walkway that connects most of the coast, where you can run or take a pleasant walk and enjoy the views of the Mediterranean and enjoy different bars located along the coastal path.
In La Cala de Mijas you will find everything you need to spend an excellent and pleasant vacation with family or friends near the beach and its charming surroundings. Golf courses are also available.
This cozy semi-detached nice terraced house almost on the beach is distributed over 2 floors with beautiful terraces.
On the ground floor, we will find a living/dining room with a TV and dining table, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a patio with a table and barbecue.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms of which 2 have single beds and a new bathroom with shower, a sunny private roof terrace with sun loungers and views of the beach, and a utility room with a clothesline for clean clothes.
At the entrance of the house, there is a sunny terrace in front of the house with a table and chairs to enjoy the magnificent sunsets.
The accommodation is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and we also have fiber internet/wifi.
