Rental agreement
COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR RENTING HOLIDAY HOMES VIA SPAINHOLIDAY
1. Purpose
This agreement aims to regulate the relationship between Spainholiday (hereinafter “the Platform”) and [Homeowner’s name] (hereinafter “the Homeowner”) in connection with the Homeowner’s rental of holiday homes through the Platform.
2. Duration
The agreement enters into force on the date of signature and remains valid until terminated in writing by either party with 30 days’ notice.
3. Creation of Property Listing
The Homeowner undertakes to create an accurate and complete listing for each holiday home, including correct descriptions, pictures, prices, availability periods, and any house rules.
4. Subscription Fee
The Platform charges a fixed subscription fee of 15 euros per month per property. The first two months are free. The subscription fee is invoiced and paid at the beginning of each month.
5. Communication and Payment
All communication and payment between the Homeowner and the tenants take place directly outside the Platform. The Platform only provides a listing service and does not involve itself in the financial transaction between the Homeowner and the tenants.
6. Responsibilities and Obligations
The Homeowner undertakes to:
•Ensure that the holiday home complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
•Maintain the holiday home in good condition and ensure it is clean and habitable upon the tenant’s arrival.
•Communicate promptly and accurately with the tenants.
