How to list your property….Fill in the boxes with the user name you wish for your account, the user name will be visible on your holiday home. The email you want to use for your account and receive enquiries as well communicate with your holiday guests. Set a strong password, tick the box “I agree with terms & conditions” then click the yellow box and create an account.

When you have created your account, you will now have access to the control panel. 1.st thing to do is create your profile (My Profile) with all the details, remember a photo of you and not a avatar or your dog creates trust that your profile is genuine towards clients.
Upload property
Now it is time to upload your property, click “Add New Listing” and follow the instructions and add as much information possible about your property. The description off you property should be accurate and true, do not over sell and promise more than the property actual holds. In your description write about the local neighbourhood and what it offers regarding shops, beach, golf, padle tennis, attractions, good restarants and public transport etc.
Photos.
When it comes to photos of the property try to catch the size of the room and keep the photos as light as possible. The view is very important as well as terrace and the pool area.
Pricing.
Regarding pricing of your property we recommend you to check out similar properties as yours, it also depends on how much occupancy you want on your property, the cheaper it is the higher occupancy…. But cheap is not always good, with cheap properties comes sometimes also bad tenants, so make sure you have a good talk/connection and security/deposit for your property from the client.. Set some rules for you property beside the rules that already exists in the community/town
Inquiries.
The faster you reply to an inquiry the bigger is the chance to rent out your property. A survey has revealed that a reply within 4 hours gives a 80% chance of renting out your property.
